PRISONER ESCAPES
(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH March 25. Frederick Marshall, aged 34, an Australian criminal, serving sentence imposed at Wellington about twelve months ago for forgery, bolted from Paparua Prison Farm yesterday afternoon. He was driving a dray at Rhe time and apparently took the horse with him, as th® horse was found in a plantation near the farm Up till noon he was still at large.
