WANGANUI LADIES’ CLUB OPENING DAY. Open, ng day of the above club will take place on Wednesday, April 2. A four-ball match will be played. Members choose their own partners and opponents, and notify Secretary. On March 29, membej-s are invited by the Wanganui Golf Club to play in a Mixed Foursome. Will all desirous of playing send in their names to Mr Verry, or to Miss M. A. Newcombe, hon. secretary, not later than Friday at 4 p.m.* WANGANUI CLUB The recent rains have had a most beneficial effect on the Belmont Links and the course is looking exceptionally well. Consequently, the opening of the seasoh on Saturday next should draw a large number of players to participate in the mixed foursome. Intending players should hand in their names as early as possible to the
secretary.
