COURTS.
NAPIER, September 3. The Chief Justice has ordered Uip fourth trial of Wirihana on a charge of manslaughter, three juries having" disagreed. The next trial will be held at Palinerston North. The charge is the .outcome of the death of a newspaper runner, whom Wirihana knocked dowu at Hastings.
