Received 11.45 p.m., Sept. 3 AMSTERDAM, Sept." 3. Lan-Germans are making an effort to dissolve the Reichstag. Leading Junker newspapers declare that the Reichstag does not represent the people,, and are organising a campaign in iavour of a dissolution. Pan-German organisations ai c deluging Dr Michaeih and Jlindenburg with resolutions denunciatory thereof.
