A DARK OUTLOOK.
Received 11.45 p.m.. Sept 3 CHRISTIANIA Sept. 3. The "Social Democraten" says Norway has foodstuffs for only one month. Ihe import prospects are very dark. It urges the Government to seize pril vate stocks and control distribution.
