ENEMY SOCIALISTS DEMAND
THE. MEETING.

ZURICH, September 3. Scheiclemann and Ebert, representing- the German Majority Socialists, attended a conference of Socialists of the Central Powers at Vienna. The meeting demanded that the Stockholm Conference be held without delay and appealed to the Dutch and Scandinavian committee to make arrangements. The meeting recommended that the question of the responsibility of the war should be excluded from the Stockholm deliberations. It urged thar Austria should continue her peace efforts and exercise pressure on Germany, Biilgaria and Turkey towards peace.
