The "Matin" states that despite the apparent successes of the Central Powers against Russia, the enemy is in a most difficult position as the 1919 class have been sent to the front. The displacement of troops in order to support the Italian . front is creating serious gaps in the east, hence Switzerland is overrun with propagandists on behalf of peace; seeking to get in touch with the Allies. r
