The most numerously signed petition ever presented to the New Zealand Parliament Avas the one recently presented demanding from the Government 6 o'clock licensed houses. Mr L. M. Isitt, M.P. for Christehurch, the leading exponent of temperance reform in New Zealand, will deal with the subject in the Opera House on Monday night, at 8 o'clock. It Is
