RED CROSS RECITAL.

A final reminder is given of the tecital in the Opera, House to-morrow evening by the Queen Alexandra Band in aid of the Red Cross- funds. The programme appears in another column, ft consists of four vocal items by wellknown and popular vocalists, viz., Mrs. Petei Lewis and Mr. Addison L. Pinard. The former will contribute ''Thanksgiving" (Cowan), and "Tho Folk's Song" (Foote), while Mr Pinhrd will siiux "The Voice o£-tJie Storm" (Clarke) and "Like as the Hart" (Allisten). The band's contributions are all first-class, and no doubt justice will bc> done to them. Mrs. Suisted will take charge of the collection, which will be taken at the doors. The first item will commence at 8.15, and traros will, as usual, be* available at the conclusion of the performance
