KING GEORGE'S CONGRATULATIONS.
LONDON, Aug. 28. Phe Press Bureau says that the King has congratulated the King of Italy on tlie Italian army's splendid achievements of last week, which inflicted h heavy blow on the enemy and will have a far-reaching effect.on the course of the war. He is happy that British guns were able to contribute to the success.
