TRIESTE TO BE EVACUATED.
R.QME, Aug. 28. The Austrian military authorities have ordered the evacuation, of Trieste. A great many civilians have already left, and all valuables have been removed.
WASHINGTON. Aug. 28. A despatch to the Italian Embassy quotes the '.'Corriere d'ltalia's" Zurich correspondent as reporting that civilians have been ordered to leave Trieste.
