A. Reuter message states thnt the delegates discussed tho Turkish .attitude towards Greece, and there is reason to believ ; B that tho difficulty created by her refusal to sign the armistice will Ijo overcome.
The "Telegraph" says there is a pessimistic feeling among the;envoys. The, question of questions is the Turko-Bul-sarian frontier, whereon the Turks and Bulgarians aro hopelessly at loggerheads, and the only hope is that the Powers can suggest a method of settling the difficulty.
