SENIOR CUP

ST. PAUL'S v. ARAMOHO.

This match was commenced on Saturday on a good wicket on Cook's Gardens. St. Paul's won the toss, and elected to bat. They made a poor showing, being dismissed for 65, Atkinson. (25) and H. Naylor (10) being' the highest scorers. Aramoho did not do much better, owing principally to the brilliant fielding of their opponents, scoring only 74, of which Blair made 24,'Barron 10, and Greig 15. St. Paul's second innings was a change from jiheir previous attempt, as -when the stumps were drawn the score stood at 84 for two wickets. Bauzngart played a very forceful innings of 31, hitting all round the wicket. W. Miller I carried out his bat for 41. The game will be next Saturday, when an interesting finish should result.
