A MARROW ESCAPE.
AN INCIDENT ON GONVILLE
A man named John Fraser had a narrow escape from losing his life on Saturday morning. As two young men named Salt were going down thf river in a boat about 11 o'clock they noticed a man lying the water on the beach opposite the Hospital. The man was waving a hand, and the occupants of the boat were at first disposed to regard matter as of no consequence, but it struck one of them that the man was m trouble.
