■ WELLINGTON, September .5. At to-day's meeting of the Hospital Trustees, the question of collecting patients' fees was raised, and a committee waa appointed to go through the accounts. Tho secretary said he had tried many ways of getting money. There was about £2000 appearing on the books as "outstanding," and that was only about • one-half of the actual indebtedness.
