CHRISTCHURCH, July 12. There has been some impatience manifested locally with regard to the apparent inactivity of the Government in regard to matters in connection with the New Zealand International Exhibition, but it is stated, on authority, that at tho meeting of the Building Committee to be held to-morrow night, and of the Finance Committee on Friday night, important developments will be announced.
