COMPULSORY SANITATION.
NEW YORK, May 19,
Much indignation prevails in Ithaca because the spring sessions cannot be held. In consequence of the high death rate in the town, Judge Forbes hadl declined to attend. He has written stating that until Ithaca cam shlow a certificate of normal health it will see no Judge Forbes. Meanwhile the prison is full of drfininails awaiting trial.
