ARBITRATION COURT AWARD.
CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 4
The Arbitration Court fined John Donnelly £5 for working at less wages than the minimum award of the Court in the bootmakers' dispute last year, Donnelly being a member of the Workers' Union. The Court also lined the Excelsior Boot Manufacturing Company £5 and costs for «mIjjjoying Donnelly at wages lower than the the award. The difference between the wages paid and the minimum of the award had been aid up previous to the proceedings.
