The Morgan shipping" combine has ineoi'porated Trenton, New Jersey, under the .designation of the International Mercantile Marine Company, _ with a, capital of 120 million dollars. Morgan is not a director. Clinton ■ arid Edward Dawkins are partners in-the firm of J. S. Morgan and' Co. The chairman of the British committee (W. J- Pirje, of Hariand and Wolffs) and Ismay (of the White Star Line) are members. It is believed they are working by arrangement with the Cunard Lino. . ; .
