[Per United Press Association.] ; Dunedin, May 12. .. .1 At a well attended meeting last night' i it wa decided to hold an Exhibition Eogatta abont. 14th February, and Committees wore appointed to caiTy out the 1 arrangements. It was decided to offer i a prizo of 4100 for a pulling race, with ] a viow- of inducing intercolonial competition, but the class of boats was loft over ; also to offer prizes of not less than i dSoO and .£4O for first and second class 1 yachts respectively, the method of classification being ivlsct left over.
