July 27. . Judge Ward lias decided at the District Court, in the case of Dalgleish v. Moreton's trustees, that a bill of sale given three days before a declaration of insolvency being filed held good against the body of creditors. This decision has caused a widespread feeling of insecurity in commercial circles.
