MEETING OF JUVENILE LODGE INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS. SISTER WISHART’S SERVICES APPRECIATED. In the absence of Sister G. Wishart, N.G., the quarterly meeting of the Masterton Juvenile Odd Fellows’ Lodge was presided over by Bro D. Davey. There was a large attendance of members. The installation of officers for the next six months was carried out by P.G. Bro R. C. Baikie in a capable manner. Officers were installed as follows: Bro R. Abbott, N.G., Bro T. Edwards, V.G.; Sister M. Everden, E.S.; Sister N. Spackman, warden; Sister N. Stewart, guardian; Sister S. Brown, conductor; Sister R. Davey, assistant conductor; Sister R. Brown, R.S.M.G.; Sister N. Edwards. L.S.M.G.; Sister M. Evans, R.S.V.G.; Bro. T. Watson, L.S.V.G.; Sister 'M. Prout, R.5.1.P.N.G.; Bro T. Lusty, L.5.1.P.N.G.? Bro E. Simonsen, L.S.E.S. P.G. Bro B. J. Seddon referred to the excellent service rendered by Sister Wishart while passing through the chairs of the lodge. All the officers returned thanks for their installation, i Enjoyable Dance. The monthly lodge dance held in the Masonic Hall, Masterton, on Saturday night was an outstanding success, the hall being crowded. The music was supplied by the Blue River Dance Band, and extras were played by Mrs J. R. Dickson and Mr H. Hood. The duties of M.C. were efficiently carried out by Bro R. C. Baikie. A Monte Carlo waltz competition was won by Miss E. Parker and Mr M. Evans. Supper was served under the supervision of Mrs J. Irvine and Bro E, Mooney.
