WAIRARAPA TOURNAMENT RESULTS OF YESTERDAY’S PLAY. CHAMPIONSHIP DOUBLES FINAL REACHED. The weather was windy but fine for play in the Wairarapa Croquet Association’s tournament at the Park lawns, Masterton, yesterday. Mrs Bassett (Masterton) and Mr Harrison (Wanganui) won the championship doubles, with Mesdames Doggett and Weller runners-up. Handicap results arc: — Doubles: Mrs Kingdon and Mi’ Harrison beat Mesdames Donnelly and I. I. McGregor 26-4; Mesdames Polson and Doggett beat Mrs Weller and Mr Baker, 26-20. Singles: Mr Baker beat Mrs McArley 26-21.
