TENNIS TOURNAMENT

AT MEMORIAL PARK ON TUESDAY. PUBLIC SERVICE SOCIETY. The local branch of the Public Service Sports Society will hold a tennis tournament at the Memorial Tennis Chib’s courts on Tuesday, February 20, commencing at 1 p.m. sharp. Men’s ladies’ and combined doubles will be played, the games to be 60 points up. The tournament will be a Yankee Tournament. Any Public Service players not mentioned in the lists below, wishing to play in the tournament, are requested to apply to P. Ray, Public Trust Office. or J. Corbishley, the Masterton Courthouse. After tea will be supplied. AH ladies are requested to bring a plate. Players are requested to be at the courts at 1 p.m. sharp. The following is a list of the handicaps:—
