Accident at Morrison's Bush.
The other evening as Mrs Waite, the post mistress of Morrison’s Bush, wag drh.ng home in her trap, accompanied by her sen ami two others of the family, they were un into by a horseman. It appears that there were two horsemen on the road and going at a good pace ; one of them being iu front saw the trap approaching and swerved off in time; not so his mate, however, who being just behind, and not seeing the trap, ran right into it, with the result that the two shafts were broken, the ax ! e bent, and Mrs Waite and uer family thrown into the ditch _at the side of the road. Waterson, the rider, escaped unhurt, but bis horse waa so seriously injured by the colhsion, that it had to be shot.
