Featherston Town Board,

The usual monthly meeting- of the Foatheratou Town Board was hold on Monday evening, Juno 11. Present— Messrs G. Koyuolds (chairman), Cuudy, Oakly, Jas Donald, and A. Donald. Thu minutes of previous mooting were read and continued, The treasurer’s statement showed a balance of £2 Is 9d. Accounts passed for payment—J. Worsley, £2 Ids ; Walker, £2 log ; Hoddor, £2 15s; Urcjuart, £1 2s 8d ; W. Buokoridge, £3 Is ; Dick, £2 12s (id ; Taylor, £1 4a; Houghton, 9s ; Keys, £3 3s 9d; Foatherston Koad Board' £2 Is 'id; Bloxham, £8 14s. inwards and outwards was road, Poiuidkeopcr’s report road and statement given in ro herso that had to bo destroyed, and it was recommended that the pouudkeeper should take action re the same to recover the costs. The ranger’s report was received, and 23s handed in to the treasver. Thu Inspector of Dogs reported that V had been compelled to summon two parti for the uou-registration of dogs. The Works Committee's rojKU’t was read and auopted.
