The Wairarapa Jockey Club.
A very well attended meeting of the members of the Wairarapa Jockey Club was held at Uammerich's Hotel, Greytown, on Saturday afternoon. Mr J. F. Bussell, the president, in the chair. Matters in connection with the financial affairs of the club were freely and fully discussed, and some very satisfactory arrangements in connection therewith were made. Ihe Club are confidently expecting to have a most successful season in the immediate future and promises of very influential support have been made.
