THE WAR SCARE
London, January 25. The commanders of the French fortresses have been ordered to be at their posts early in February, War rumors have created panics on the Paris and Vienna bourses, and have also affected the London Stock Exchange. Prince Bismarck in addressing the Landtag said tbat if the new Beichstag should prove obdurate the Emperor would otherwise enforce his will. The Daily News reiterates its statement that the Imperial Government has apprehensions tbat war is imminent.
