The Loyal Greytown Lodge, No. 6341, M.D., held its annual meeting last Wedoea* day evening, when the balance sheet was read by tbe secretary, which showed the Lodge to be in a most flourishing position. Thera has been received tho sum of LlB4 14s 3d for tbe year, and there has beea expended the sum of L9B 15s 9d, leaving a gain of LB6 18e 6d, and the total worth of the Lodge funds on 31st December, 1886, was L 490, There have been fifteen member* admitted daring tbe year, two have left the Lodge, the number now on the books being 44. The treasurer, Bro Muir, sent iu his resignation, which was accepted with regret, and Bros P.G. Webster and N.G, J. Tocker were nominated to fill tbe vacancy. Bros Webstar and Skeet were appointed auditors lor tbs next twelve months.

It was resolved to hold a special meeting to receive the District Officers, and to then elect Treasurer and Lecture Master. The secretary also reported that daring the year a Juvenile Lodge had been formed, and that it now numbers 26 members, with a capital of about L2O, and at their last meeting the following officers were installed : —NO, E. Humphries ; VQ, J. Dockery; EB, A Horablow ; BSNG. O. Haigh ; LSNU, T. Haigh ; BBVG, L. Fuller ; LSVG, J. Higgins; Guardian, J. Uornblow ; War* den, H. Haigh. It was reported that a sum of money bad been collected towards buying cricket materials. It was resolved to form a Juvenile Oddfellows' Cricket Club, and the following Bros were appointed a committee : G. and J. Haigh, A. Wakelin, L. Fuller, and James Maguire.
