Wool Sales.
Melhoubnk, January 5. Messrs K. Ooldsbrongh and 00. held their usual weekly sale this afternoon to a crowded attendance of buyers. Competition was spirited throughout, and prices for all good wools were decidedly better than before Christmas. Greasy merino sold up to IOJd ; crossbred, to 9}d; scoured, to IRd. 2112 bales were sold. The demand was chiefly for the Continent.
