Udy, Bannister, Webster and Welch, Forwards ; Emergencies, Ewen and J. Beard, forward ; ] Roydhouse back. The Wellington Footballers wen the football match with Hawke’s Bay by eight points to ml. A match of football was played at the reserve or Saturday between a team of the Featherston Stars and the second team of the Greytown Wanderers. The Wanderers beat by six points to 2. The game was welt contested throughout.
The Football match at Masterton on Saturday, Representative team (15) v. iS of Carterton, Greytown, Masterton, resulted in a win for the fifteen by 1 j points. Some good passing was shown by the 15.
