TRAIN STRIKES CAR
WOMAN SLIGHTLY INJURED.
(By Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Monday.
A two seater motor car, driven by Miss Grace Clark, of 6, Von Tempsky Street, Hamilton East, wcs struck by the Rotorua-Frankton train on the Massey Street crossing, Frankton, at 9 o'clock this evening. The car approached the crossing as the train was drawing out of the station. Miss Clark, who was the only occupant of the car, failed to notice the crossing keeper's signal, and the train struck the rear of the car.
Miss Clark'was thrown out and she suffered from shock and minor cuts and bruises. The oar was extensively damaged.
