MOTOR CAR OVER BANK
TOURIST PARTY'S MISHAP,
(By Telegraph. Press Association.) TAUPO, Monday. A motor car in which were seven members of an American tourist party capsized yesterday . over a bankAar the double crossing on the side of Hatipi. The driver made for a passing car, and the ground fell from under his wheels, precipitating the car down the bank, a distance of about 50ft. The driver was flung out and badly bruised. The hood kept the passengers in, but all suffered from shock. The passengers were brought to the Terrace Hotel and attended by the doctor. They will go on to Rotorua for further medical attention.
