ACCIDENT TO SWIMMER
* A MORE FAVOURABLE!REPORT. !(By Telegraph. Press Association.) WANGANUI,' Friday. Norman Dowsett, i swimming champion of the Dominion, was not so badly injured in the motor collision last Tuesday as was at first thought. A subsequent examination shows that only a small bone in his leg was broken. It is now hoped that before the end of the year he will be able to commence training for the New Zealand championship meeting, to be held in Auckland in January.
