Public Notices. WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. TAUTARI SPECIAL RATING AREA. pURSUANT to Section 3 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and the regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that the Special Roll of the Tautari Special Rating Area, described in the Schedule hereto, over which it is proposed to raise a Special Loan of £I2OO to form, culvert, and gravel roads in that area, is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Waipa County Council, in Bank Street, Te Awamutu, during seven days from this date. Dated at Te Awamutu this 30th day of October, 1926. SCHEDULE. All that area in the Orakau Riding of the Waipa County bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Part Maungatautari 4GI Block, containing 514 acres, easterly by the northern boundaries of Maungatautari 4GI, 4G5, and 4G4, a line across a road, and the eastern boundary of the said Maungatautari 4G4 Block to the south-eastern corner of the said Block; thence by the northern boundaries of Sections 9, 10, and 11, a line • across a road, and the western boundary of Section 30, Tautari Settlement, to the northern corner of the said Section 30; thence by the south-west-ern and north-western boundaries of Maungatautari 3A, No. 6A, and the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Maungatautari 3A, No. 7A, to the northern corner of .'Maungatautari 3A, 78, No. 1; thence by the north-eastern boundaries of Maungatautari 3A, 78, No. 1, and 3A, 78, No. 2, and the south-eastern boundaries of the last-mentioned Block and Maungatautari 3A, No. 4, to the north-eastern corner of Maungatautari 3A, 5B; thence by the north-east-ern boundary of Maungatautari 3A, 58, to the Waiteti Stream; thence down the Waiteti Stream to the northern boupdjtry of the Waipa County; thence south-east-erly,,,..southerly, and westerly by the boundary of the Waipa ' County to the south-western' corner of Section 3, Block 111,. Wharepapa Survey District; thenoe northerly by the western boundaries of the said Section 3 and of Section 2, Block XV., Maungatautari Survey District, and Allotment 1 of Lot 1 of Section 1, Block XV., Maungatautari Survey District, to the northwestern corner of the lastmentioned Allotment; thence westerly by the southern boundaries of Sections 7A, 26, 25, ,23, and 22, Tautari Settlement, and of Maungatautari 3C48 and 3C3, and lines across, three roads, to the south-western corner of 3C3 Block; thence northerly by the western boundaries ofMaungatautari 3C3, 3C48, 3C4A, No. 1, and 3C, No. 2 Blocks, to the south-eastern ..corner of Part Maungatautari 4G, No. 1 (containing 91 acres 3 roods 00 perches); thence westerly by the southern boundary of the said Part Maungatautari 4GI Block, a line across a road, and the southern boundary of .Part Maungatautari 4GI (containing 397 acres 3 roods 30 perches) to the south-western corner of the said Block; thence northerly by the western boundaries of three portions of Maungatautari 4GI Block to the north-western corner of the portion thereof, containing 514 acres, the place of commencement.
