PURSUANT to Section 3 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and the regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that the Special Roll of the Puahue Special Rating Area, as described in the Schedule hereto, over which it is proposed to raise a Special Loan of £I6OO to form, culwert, and metal for the first time roads in that area, is deposited for public inspection at the office <bf the Waipa County Council, in Bank Street, Te Awamutu, during seven days from this date.
