Public Notices. WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. PURSUANT to Section 3 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and the regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that the Special Roll of the Puahue Special Rating Area, as described in the Schedule hereto, over which it is proposed to raise a Special Loan of £I6OO to form, culwert, and metal for the first time roads in that area, is deposited for public inspection at the office <bf the Waipa County Council, in Bank Street, Te Awamutu, during seven days from this date. Dated at Te Awamutu this 30th day of October, 1926. SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Rangiaohia Riding of the Waipa County bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Puahue IE Block southeasterly by the north-east-ern boundaries of Sections IS, 2S„ 4S, and SS, of the Puahue Settlement, to the northern corner of Section 10S, Puahue Settlement; thence by the northern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 10S to the south-eastern corner of that section; thence by the eastern boundaries of Section 16S, Puahue Settlement and Maungatautari 4E4, 4E5, 4E2, and 4E3 Blocks, to the southeastern corner of the said 4E3 Block; thence north-west-erly by the north bank of the Mangalioe Stream to the point where it crosses the Contis-’ cated Boundary Line at the south-western corner of Puahue No. 2, Section 14; thence north-easterly by the Confiscated Boundary Line to the north-western corner of Puahue No. lE, the place of commencement.
