AND UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAND TRANSFER ACT, 1915. nPHE FARMERS’ CO-OPERATIVE A AUCTIONEERING COMPANY, LIMITED, have been instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hamilton to sell by public auction, at their Sale Yards, situate in Te Awarnutu, on THURSDAY, the twenty-fifth day of November, 1926, at 12 o’clock noon:— FIRSTLY: All that piece of land situate in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing two hundred and eighty-two acres three roods (282 acres 3 roods), be the same a little more or less, being Section 6, Block 13, Puniu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Volume 231, Folio 220, of the Register Books at Auckland. SECONDLY: All that piece of land situate in the . Provincial District of Auckland, containing three hundred and twenty-seven acres and fourteen perches (327 acres 14 perches), more or less, being Section 7, Block 13, Puniu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Volume 231, Folio 222, of the Register Books at Auckland. THIRDLY: All that piece of land situate in the said Provincial District, containing one hundred and seventy-eight acres and thirty perches, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 8, Block 13, Puniu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in. Volume 231, Folio 221, of the Register Books at Auckland, subject as to the lands thirdly above described to Memorandum of Mortgage, registered number 87466, to '• one Margaret O’Sullivan, securing the principal sum of four thousand pounds (£4000).
