DARGAVILLE COURT.
(By Telegraph. Press 4 Association.) DARGAVILLE, Friday. In the Dargaville Police Court a youth under 17 was fined for the theft of an electric battery off a launch. Tony Matich was fined £lO for shooting a cock pheasant out of season. Colin McDonald was fined £lO (in default three months' gaol) for using obscene language. William Fernan dez was fined £lO or three months' for a similar offence. C. H. Robertson was fined 10s for having unregistered firearms, and R. Pearson 10s for failing to register under the Defence Act.
