VISIT OF RED CROSS PARTY. Yesterday the Waipawa branch of the Red Cross Society paid their bimonthly visit to Pukeora Sanatorium, cars for the conveyance of the visitors being provided by Mrs Mason and Miss Jull. Gifts were received from the following:—Magazines and papers, Mrs Annand, Mrs Pratley, Mrs Mason, Mrs J. Bibby; grapefruit, Mrs K. Gollan; fruit, Mrs 0. Carlson; salmon, Mrs C. Pattison; biscuits, Miss McHardy; cigarettes, Williams and Kettle; sweets, Mrs Mason; cake and biscuits, Mrs Swain; ginger bread and magazines, Mrs Fox; small cakes, Mrs Bibby; cake, Mrs Hunt; salmon and peaches, Mrs Pratley; Oatina biscuits, Mrs White; butter and eggs, Miss Jull; cake and asparagus, Mrs Barker; oranges, Mrs McLean; fruit, Red Cross; oranges and oysters, Mrs Donghi; sponge, Mrs Pepperell; sponge, scones and pears, Mrs Spicer; cake, Mrs H.
