HOLLAND’S POSITION IF GERMANY WINS. Australian & N.Z. Cable Association. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, June 6. Professor Van Hamel warns his countrymen that if the Germans are victorious they will reduce Belgium to a state of dependence, which means strangling the Dutch nation in future.
