PERMANENT PICTURES.
A standard star drama entitled “Esther Redeemed,” featuring that charming little actress Miss Tittell Brune, will be the principal attraction at the Pictures on Monday evening. It is said that in this production Miss Brune reaches the highest level of dramatic art yet attained by any actress appearing on the screen. The redemption of Esther Seager, the outcast child of criminal parents, by means of an operation upon the brain, performed by an eminent surgeon, is the theme of a powerfully dramatic photo-play, based upon a theory held by many famous surgeons. The supporting programme is one of all-round excellence.
