CRICKET.
The return match between the Seniors and Juniors came off in Mr Scrimgeour’s paddock yesterday, when the Juniors were again defeated. Good play was shown on both sides and though the youngsters suffered a one-innings defeat they have nothing to be ashamed of, as they were opposed by a strong team. Now the game has made a start we hope that other matches will be played this season and that the new life will be infused into cricket. The following are the scores : Seniors.—lst Innings. E.
