In accordance with the instructions issued to the police regarding truant school children, Sergt. McArdle has prepared a list of 37 children, who have been attending the Waipawa school very irregularly. Wo are requested to make this intimation as a warning to paients. Tangimoana. To the claimants, Nepe Te Apatu and others, were awarded the balance, 480 interests, they thus securing over three-fourths of the block. Tho Court stated that, if the parties would agree on the individual interests, they would give effect to their wishes ; and if the parties could arrange a partition and location of interests, they would also give effect to it.
