“INDEPENDENT” DELAYED
Owing to our being shortstaffed and, in addition, mechanical trouble developing on Tuesday night, we were unable to publish the “Independent” in time to catch the mailmen on Wednesday. As a result delivery of the paper to the rural districts was delayed until yesterday.
We regret any inconvenience caused oiir subscribers and advertisers. .
