WAIKATO HUNT
MEET AT PUKERIMU HOUNDS SET FAST PACE For the first time for several years the Waikato Hunt held a meet at Mr R. Speake's farm in the Pukerimu district on Saturday and a warm welcome was received from the neighbouring residents. With scent good, hounds ran well, travelling very fast at times, and there were some thrilling chases over excellent country. The large field was entertained to morning and afternoon tea by Mr and Mrs Speake, assisted by the district ladies. The Master, Mr Wynn Brown returned thanks ' for the hospitality provided.
