HARVEST FESTIVAL. (Own Correspondent). The festival of harvest, in connection with the Presbyterian Church, was held in the Kaipaki Church on Sunday afternoon last, when the Eev. Jas. Hay of Cambridge conducted the service. A good supply of harvest produce was to be seen, the same having been artistically arranged by the Misses N. and U. Scott, assisted by other ladies of the congregation. Mr A. Towsey, of Cambridge, presided at the organ, and ren : dcred appropriate music. Mrs C. Watt, of Cambridge,, sang the solo, "Out of the Deep, I Call." On Monday evening all the gifts were kindly auctioned by Mr N. Hill, of Cambridge, the bidding being keen, so that everything was sold and the handsome sum of £7 14/1 was realised, which will be devoted to a good cause.
