PRIMARY SCHOOLS’ 'ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING. The Cambridge Primary Schools’ Rugby Association held its meeting on Saturday last. Election of Officers. The following officers were elected! President, Mr CL Rouse;, vice-presi-dents, Messrs G. Gutry and H. Prichard; secretary and treasurer,- Mr McXaughton; delegate to Rugby. Union, Mr H. Vause. Overweight Players. Concerning the admission of overweight players, it was decided, in order to secure as many teams as possible, to leave the matter to the judgment of the Management Committee. It was decided to request the Rugby Union to supply a, ball for each team. It, was resolved that the. weighing-in of all players be carried out at the Cambridge District High School' at 10 a.m. on April 24.1 b. The meeting decided that the schools’ competition commence immediately after, the May holidays.
