POSTPONE© TO MAY 29. ALTERATION APPROVED. Mr Walter Stopford, secretary of tlj»a Cambridge Trotting Club, has received a message from the Hon. R. F. BoP* lard (Minister for Internal Aifairs), stating that he has no objection to the proposed alteration of the Cambridge Trotting Club's date for its meeting from Saturday, November 29th, 1924, to Saturday, May 9th, 1925. . The date of the local meeting has thus- been definitely fixed for May 9th next. In view of the passage of the Gaming Bill through the House, it is generally thought almost a certainty that! a totalisator permit will be granted for| the forthcoming Cambridge Trottingmeeting. ■
