CALDWELL GDP COMPETITION THE FINAL The second and concluding round of the Caldwell Cup Competition was played on Saturday last, and .was won by Alf. Boyce, who returned jt\\c very fine card of 75 nett in the figal round. Douglas Banks, who was leading at the end of the first roundf finished only one stroke behind Boyce. Thes/ two younger players are showing improved form this year'; and shoiHti/make a good showing in this year’s Club Championship. The following were the four best earths returned: —A. Boyce 191,less handicap 32, 159 nett; D. Banks, 192, less 32, lfiO nett; A. H. Nicoll, 183, less 20, 103 nett; F. Entwisle, 211, ldss 4S, 163 nett.'
