ATHLETIC CLUB
AFTERNOON SPORTS SATURDAY, JANUARY 14. The Cambridge Amateur - Athletic Club has decided to hold a short athletic sports gathering on Victoria Square on Saturday afternoon next, January 14, commencing at 3 o'clock. The programme arranged, advertised elsewhere, comprises high jump, twomile cycle race, 100yds and 440yds flat, cigarette race, cycle and foot races for boys and girls—cHght events in all. Such an excellent programme should furnish good sport, and, as a keen interest is being taken in athletics by our young people", the meeting should be a great success. ..
